Start with an outline

Create an outline for [topic].
Audience: [who].
Goal: [what you want the reader to do].
Include 6 section headings and bullet points per section.

Control tone

  • “Write in a warm, confident tone.”
  • “Avoid hype and buzzwords.”
  • “Make it sound like a helpful friend.”

Rewrite without losing meaning

Rewrite this to be clearer and shorter, but keep the meaning.
Keep key terms unchanged: [paste text]

Editing checklist

  • Clarity: “Which sentence is hardest to understand?”
  • Flow: “Where does the argument jump too quickly?”
  • Style: “Remove filler and repetition.”
